E An (義安) were the highest military award and decorations during the Taiping Rebellion. These terms require an adjective to indicate who granted it and for what reason. E is first class merit and An is the second merit; Chinese meant E is friendly, An is luck and peaceful. In Taiping, if the king wanted to promote someone, he gave the person either award, the E or An. This rule was challenged after 1861, because Li Xiucheng thought the award had been given too freely. == People == *Chen Yucheng created Cheng Tian E (成天義) in 1857 *Liang Chengfu created Zeng Tian E (則天義) in 1860 *Tan SauGuan (譚紹光) created Jian Tian E (建天義) in 1861 *Ye Yenlai (葉芸來) created Sho Tian An (受天安) in 1857 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「E An」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
